Price:
All prices quoted by AnniiG Group Australia/Cheekybrats via www.cheekybrats.com.au are given in Australian dollars.
All prices are GST free.
Order:
Order is to be placed by registering with www.cheekybrats.com.au
Please ensure that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and the Return Policy before placing an order.
Payment:
AnniiG Group Australia accepts internet deposit banking, money-order, Bank cheque, Pay pal.
We highly recommend PayPal
Bank Deposit:
You can go to our site www.cheekybrats.com.au, go through and find what you are wishing to purchase, email us at orders@cheekybrats.com.au that you wish to pay this way and we then send a pro- forma Invoice stating the item number you put in the email and we the send along a email with the invoice and our bank details for you to make payment.
Phone Orders:
Can be placed over the phone if you would like. However we do not accept credit cards ourselves, this will be happening over the next month. We can send an invoice for payment via your email, to make payment from paypal, in which you can then add credit card to.
Please always quote your item Number with your payment as reference otherwise the payment may not be able to be identified and delivery will be delay.
Money order, Bank or Personal cheques can be processed through our check out, once you have gone through the process, we will be notified. Personal or Bank cheques can take up to 5-10 workings to clear, once cleared your purchase will be sent to via Registered Post, through Australia Post, We will then email you to give you the Registered Post Number.

Your payment should include the item price and the postage/handling fee (details as each item description). Short/part of payment or late payment will delay the delivery.

Delivery:
Delivery will be limited to within Australia.
Delivery will be normally via the Australia Post Registered. The option of shipping/delivery method will be at our own or Supplier/s discretion.
Please allow 15 working days for delivery once payment has been received and cleared. In most cases, delivery will take place within 3 days.
Please provide correct address, otherwise we will charge buyer handling & postage again if the item is returned to us, due to incorrect or incomplete postal address.
Please note that AnniiG Group Australia / www.cheekybrats.com.au does not operate customer pickup centres and all goods ordered will be delivered directly from AnniiG Group Australia and www.cheekybrats.com.au
Warranty:
AnniiG Group Australia is committed to providing satisfactory products and services to AnniiG Group Australia/cheekybrats.com.au customers direct from us or our Supplier/s. Products are covered by a 14 day return to base warranty or manufacturer’s warranty, as described on item listing for the respect products. (Please note that warranty terms are different from product to product.)
Warranty is only valid within Australia.
Warranty period will count from the date of original purchase invoice to the original product (in case replacement occurs). All warranties are supplied by our Suppliers or AnniiG Group Australia. AnniiG Group Australia/cheekybrats.com.au does not directly/ indirectly offer Warranties or Refund. Usually you will either be given a Refund, minus Postage, or store credit will be given, if no exchange available.
Returns and Replacement / Refunds:
All goods are sold on a no return basis, unless the items are found to be dead on arrival, damaged in transit or otherwise stated to be returnable under our Suppliers warranty or manufacturer’s warranty or by law.
Normally AnniiG Group Australia/cheekybrats.com.au will not handle returns under manufacturer’s warranty as the warranty is provided by the manufacturer directly. Please contact the relevant manufacturer directly and/or visit their website for more information about the warranty. Please be aware that if you undertake any repair work yourself or by an unauthorised repair you may/will cause the manufacturer’s warranty to be void.
A dead on arrival (DOA) item must be claimed within 14 days from date of dispatch. A return authorization number (RA number) will be given to the DOA item. Any DOA item must be returned to us within 7 days upon receipt of the RA number. Return postage is buyers expense. If product to be returned after 7 days from receipt of the RA number, postage for the Return one way will be at AnniiG Group Australia’s/cheekybrats.com.au expense.
The option of return/replacement shipping/delivery method will be at AnniiG Group Australia discretion and all postage/or any extra costs involved with our Supplier AnniiG Group Australia/cheekybrats.com.au is in no way responsible or legally liable. As our Supplier provides or warranty and Return specifications, unless specified by us.
Buyer will liable for the both ways postage after 14 days of our dispatch if item under the replacement guarantee period.
Our Supplier will test all items returned as DOA within 21 days of the returned items into their warehouse. If any returned item is found to be in full working condition, Our Supplier will charge you a fee of $30.00 to cover its handling and testing fee and the item will be delivered back to you at buyer’s expense.
If a product sold with AnniiG Group Australia/cheekybrats.com.au return to base warranty is claimed to be faulty, which is not due to misuse or normal wear and tear, Our Supplier/s will offer you replacement or refund/store credit as replacement is not available, if the item is returned to our Supplier/s warehouse within the warranty period with a detailed description of the fault. Shipping costs are not refundable.
If no fault is found or if the fault is found to be due to misuse or normal wear and tear, or is not covered by any warranty, Our Supplier will return the good to you at buyers expense.
All products must be returned with the original packing materials with all accessories included.
DOA or faulty items will be replaced/store credit/refund. Our Supplier/s will offer refund/store credit only if no replacement stock is available.
Refunds will be sent by cheques or Money order and Paypal or shop credit. AnniiG Group Australia
Handling & postage fee are non refundable.
No refunds will be offered due to your change in mind or incorrect placing of order
Insurance:
All delivery parcels will be covered with registered post.
If you have not received your item(s) within 18 days from the date of payment, please contact AnniiG Group Australia/cheekybrats.com.au immediately to enable a prompt investigation to be carried out.
If your item gets mislaid or damaged in transit, a replacement/Refund will be sent to you upon receipt of the full investigation report from the Australia Post or the courier service provider verifying that the item has been lost or damaged in transit, as well with our Supplier
Liability
Any liability of AnniiG Group Australia/cheekybrats.com.au in relation to any good sold to you will, subject to any non-excludable liability under the law, be limited to the replacement of the good/store credit or refund of the purchase price.
Changes to Terms & Conditions
Each order is governed by the terms and conditions current when the order is placed. AnniiG Group Australia/cheekybrats.com.au may from time to time, add to, deletes or otherwise changes the terms and conditions herein without notice. Please read and understand these terms and conditions each time you place an order.
